Satisfaction Study in the Northeast region, a study that examines satisfaction
among small business banking customers with their financial institution.
J.D. Power Study, now in its 13th year, measures small business customer
satisfaction with the overall banking experience by examining seven factors:
channel activities; products and fees; convenience; communication and advice;
relationship with account manager; new account opening; and problem resolution.
The study not only analyzes customers' perceptions of their bank's ability to
