MCLEAN, Va., Nov. 27, 2018 – Capital One Spark Business received top honors in J.D. Power's 2018 Small Business Banking Customer Satisfaction Study in the Northeast region, a study that examines satisfaction among small business banking customers with their financial institution.
The J.D. Power Study, now in its 13th year, measures small business customer satisfaction with the overall banking experience by examining seven factors: channel activities; products and fees; convenience; communication and advice; relationship with account manager; new account opening; and problem resolution. The study not only analyzes customers' perceptions of their bank's ability to meet their expectations, but also highlights which banks perform well in managing relationships with their customers and why.
