Earning Priority Club® Rewards Points Now Faster in Canada

IHG and Capital One Canada Launch Two New Reward Credit Cards

 

TORONTO and ATLANTA (Dec. 5, 2011) – Priority Club® Rewards, the fastest-growing and most preferred hotel loyalty program in the world, has partnered with Capital One to announce the release of two new loyalty credit cards for our members in Canada. The new Priority Club World MasterCard and Priority Club Platinum MasterCard from Capital One make it easier to earn Priority Club points faster with the added flexibility to earn points for non-hotel stays.

 

Now, members residing in Canada can earn points on everything they purchase with their choice of loyalty rewards credit card, including unlimited bonus points accrual for the life of the card and a generous first purchase bonus. Stays at any of the more than 4,500 IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) hotels worldwide will earn World cardholders five points and Platinum cardholders two points per dollar spent. Additionally, World card members will enjoy the perks of having Gold Elite Priority Club status for the life of their account, and all points earned through their card will count towards reaching Platinum Elite status.
